RingCentral: Embedded Integration for Microsoft Teams
This course gives administrators a practical, step-by-step path to integrate the RingCentral embedded app with Microsoft Teams. Configure the desktop plugin and mobile mode, deploy the app to users at scale, enable presence sync, and understand the end-user experience (calling, notifications, voicemail, SMS, fax, contacts, settings) to support adoption.
Why this course matters

- Keep robust RingCentral features while embedding them within Microsoft Teams.
- Centralize deployment and control as IT, lowering support overhead and third-party install costs.

- IT administrators and telecom managers responsible for phone systems and service quality.
- RingCentral super admins and Microsoft admins looking to unify systems.
